About Orcuma

Orcuma started life in 2011 when we started to build our own cloud-based case management system which could be easily tailored to the needs of users working in Safer Communities and Neighbourhood Enforcement.

Helped by the great team at Sunderland Software City and safely hosted on IBM Cloud, we gradually built up our client base while improving the system - which we named "FIRsT" - and adding new functionality, even finding time to win a Dynamo North East award along the way.

Fast-forward 10 years and we now have a wide range of clients who trust FIRsT to help them manage their workloads and assist their valuable clients. The flexible nature of the system means that we have been able to tailor it to organisations working in areas such as victim care, housing inspections and arson investigation.
