Our securely-hosted Case Management system ("FIRsT") is being used by several local authorities to assist them with reducing and managing anti-social behaviour in their area. In addition, they are using FIRsT to integrate directly with in-house CRM systems, instantly receiving new cases from customers and allowing them to quickly task Neighbourhood Wardens in the appropriate team with investigating issues such as fly-tipping, graffiti, stray dogs and abandoned vehicles.
The system allows incidents to be plotted on a map so that hotspots can be identified, and we can also pull in datasets from other partners (e.g. Police incidents and primary/secondary fires) to enable officers to investigate possible links between different incident types.
Flexible search capabilities and built-in reports using Microsoft Power-BI mean that you can harness the full potential of your data for use by senior management, elected members and community meetings.
