Our securely-hosted Case Management system ("FIRsT") is a flexible and intuitive answer to rigid in-house systems, spreadsheets and paper records which allows you to manage your cases and clients efficiently and securely share data with partners. We build each customer's interface - fields, sections, validation and dropdown lists etc. - from scratch to ensure that you capture the data that you need and in the right format for your internal processes and reporting requirements.
We can integrate with back-office and third-party systems so that you can instantly receive new cases from customers and get to work investigating issues such as fly-tipping or assisting victims of crime.
The system allows incidents to be plotted on a map, and we can also pull in GIS datasets from other partners (e.g. Police incidents and primary/secondary fires) to enable your teams to investigate hotspots and possible links between different incident types.
Flexible search capabilities and built-in reports using Microsoft Power-BI mean that you can harness the full potential of your data for use by senior management, elected members and community meetings.
