Victim Care and Support

We are proud to work with a number of Victim Care organisations, allowing them to securely record and monitor their cases while they help people cope with the after-effects of crime. A flexible and robust security model allows cases to be assigned to different teams and partners so that they only have access to clients and data fields that they need to carry out their role.

The system allows direct referrals to be made by nominated partners, and we can also integrate directly with Police systems (Niche, Storm etc.) allowing the efficient and secure transfer of client data. The bespoke data fields configuration and flexible search and reporting facilities make life easier when completing your monthly / quarterly MOJ returns.
